What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
How do I check-in if I arrive late at night?
Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time and our staff will do their best to assist and accommodate.
Is airport or ferry transfer service available?
Yes, we can arrange airport and ferry transfers for an additional fee. Contact us at least 24 hours before your arrival to confirm the details.
